Refund policy


We want you to love your Matchie pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

For a smooth return, please make sure your item is in its original condition - unwashed, unaltered, free from marks, odours or pet hair, and with all tags still attached. We’re unable to accept items that have been worn or washed.

How to request a return

Email hello@matchieapparel.com.au with your order number and whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit. We’ll reply with next steps and the return address.
Please don’t send anything back without approval.

Change of mind & size exchanges

Return postage is at the customer’s expense. For fastest turnaround, you may purchase the new size/colour and return the original for a refund once approved. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please email photos and your order number straight away. If confirmed faulty, we’ll cover reasonable return postage and provide a repair, replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Non-returnable items

– Clearly marked final sale items (unless faulty)
– Any worn, washed or altered items

Bundles & promotions

If returning part of a bundle, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the kept item’s regular price.

Pre-orders

The 14-day return window starts once your pre-order is delivered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
