Processing Times
Each order is packed with love and care.
Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Pre-order items ship once production is complete. Your order will dispatch when all items are ready.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.
Matchie is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, email hello@matchieapparel.com.au and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
Please note, once handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control — but we’ll always support you where we can.
International Orders
International customers are welcome!
Shipping rates, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns are accepted on items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
